Her extensive experience allows her to solve complex problems with ease, making her a top problem solver in the industry. Wylie recognizes the need for property owners to maintain a steady income while minimizing costs, and for tenants to have a place they can truly call home. At Rentvest Realty, she ensures that both parties are satisfied and stress-free by providing practical and effective solutions.

With a strong accounting and financial background, Kary manages the day-to-day accounting for our clients, overseeing both trust and general accounts. Kary is also committed to helping tenants transition from renting to property ownership by providing strategic guidance on how they can plan to make that leap. While we do not offer tax advice, Kary works closely with tenants to help them understand the financial aspects of becoming a homeowner.

Trust Account / Executive Assistant
Jenny brings a wealth of experience from working closely with Henry in multiple businesses, assisting over 100 clients in building their property portfolios. She is well-versed in both residential and commercial property management, with a specialized focus on trust accounting. Jenny manages the day-to-day financial activities with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that all accounts are handled accurately and efficiently.
